Lawn Sand is a fine, screened sand used for lawn levelling and as a top-dressing sand. Because of its fineness, it is able to settle into the turf canopy and soil. It will also act to "thicken" the lawn, as well as allow for better drainage for lawns growing on heavy soils.
It is best applied on a calm, non-windy day using a spin-spreader.
