'Bank Run Gravel' as the name suggests, is derived from the banks of sand or gravel mining quarries. It is a cost-effective fill material made up of an unprocessed mixture of sand, gravel, dirt, silt, or other rock fragments.
Bank Run Gravel is very compactible and is often used as a base layer to go underneath pavers and other landscaping/hardscaping projects.
Common applications:
- Backfill
- Erosion resistance
- Holding pavers in place
- Base layer for driveways or building pad foundations
