Made from crushed, screened limestone, 970 Limestone Screenings are commonly used as an effective leveling course on top of sub-bases.
It is a popular option as a footing surface for horse arenas, stalls, and on barn floors, though it can harden over time and should be mixed with some sand to soften it. It also repels weed growth.
Sizes will range from 1/4" down to fines.
